The room is the largest in the apartment, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and bookshelf (available to sell at a low price) and the rest of the apartment is just as comfortable and fully furnished at no extra cost. It's peaceful yet still very much a shared, lived-in home — the apartment gets excellent sunshine and stays notably quiet, with minimal street or rail noise day or night. | We're after a female tenant, aged 24–40, who'll fit into a relaxed, friendly WG and appreciates a calm home. | You'd be living with one roommate, Hanna, an artist and digital business professional, in an international household where English is the main language spoken at home (German works too, as Hanna is fluent). We also have a cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with one — bonus points if you already love cats and want to build a bond with her, though it's not a requirement. Proximité transports : The location is well-connected: the Schwert bus and tram stop are just 2–3 minutes on foot, with a Coop and Migros supermarket 7 minutes away, Apotheke zum Meierhof is 5 minutes away, and there's a river and forest walking distance away.
