Das Zimmer istDas Zimmer ist 12.5m² und zeigt ins Grüne. Ich gründe eine neue 2er-WG in einer 3.5 Zi-Wohnung ab dem 1. Dezember. Die auf 13 Monate befristete Wohnung befindet sich in einem älteren Haus in einem ruhigen, grünen Quartier. Sie hat einen praktischen Grundriss mit verteilten Zimmern, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Balkon. Da aktuell noch jemand in der Wohnung wohnt, gibt es nur zwei Fotos, ich kann dir aber persönlich mehr berichten. :) The room is 12.5m² big and shows to the green side. I am looking for a flatmate for a new, two-person shared flat in a 3.5-room apartment. The apartment, available on a fixed-term lease of 13 months, is located in an older building in a quiet, green neighborhood. It has a practical layout with separate bedrooms, a living room, and a balcony. Since someone is currently still living there, there are only two pictures but I am happy to tell you all about it. :) | Ich suche eine Mitbewohner:in, bevorzugt eine FINTA Person, mit der es auf persönlicher Ebene gut passt! Ich lege Wert auf Kommunikation und mag es, wenn sich das Zusammenleben smooth anfühlt. Weil ich ebenfalls neu einziehe, könntest du dich bei der Einrichtung beteiligen, wenn du Lust auf das hast - es ist aber überhaupt keine Pflicht. :) I am looking for a flatmate, preferably a FINTA person, with whom I get a long well. It is important to me that I can exchange with my flatmate and I would like if we sometimes cook and eat together. Since I’m moving in fresh as well, you could bring in furniture and household items for the shared rooms if have some—though there’s absolutely no obligation. :) | Zu mir: Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite im Bildungsbereich. Ich bin generell ein offener Mensch und interessiere mich für fast alles. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich mit Freunden und Themen, die mich interessieren. Aktuell beschäftigen mich Ideen rund um Degrowth und Gemeinwirtschaft. Daneben spiele ich auch Fussball und fahre gerne Fahrrad. Ich stehe politisch links, identifiziere mich als queer und verwende she/they Pronomen. Generally, I’m an open-minded person interested in almost everything. I enjoy spending my free time with friends and exploring topics that interest me; right now, I’m occupied with ideas around degrowth and the common-good economy. I also like playing soccer and cycling. Politically, I lean left; I identify as queer and use she/they pronouns.
