Das Zimmer istHello! Unfortunately, I'm leaving my room in Waldistrasse 17, Adliswil, for work-related reasons, so I'm looking for someone to take over my contract. The stay needs to start on 01.11.2026 or in late October at the earliest because the building administration needs a couple of weeks to issue a permit for new tenants. Please note also that the contract has a fixed end date of 30.09.2027. You would share the house with two amazing flatmates: Gerard, a spectacular handiman and carpenter from Spain, and Niccolò, a university student from Italy. The house has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a balcony, and is shared with two other flatmates. It is just 10 minutes away from Sihlau train station, from which you can get to the centre of Zürich in some 20 minutes. It's also close to several supermarkets and the area is nice and quiet.
