It is 73.2 m², brand new, very modern. It has oak parquet flooring (heatinging underfloor), an open kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher, a private washing machine and dryer. Also I have a robot cleaner, to save my life from cleaning. Besides, apartment has ventilation, large triple-glazed windows and a loggia. I furnished a bit the living room but your room is still empty. You need to prepare some furniture by yourself. But the initial days you also can sleep in the sofa bed. Also here are some disadvantages, this is a new neighborhood in living area, thus you shall expect a chill atmosphere.
