Das Zimmer istDetails of the flat: • Available from the 20 October, flexible move-in date from 20th of October to 1st of November • Bremgartnerstrasse 103, 8953 Dietikon • First floor, no elevator • Room size: 15 m² • Non-smoking apartment • Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony • Laundry room incl. drier shared with the other flats • Bicycle storage room available • Electricity and internet are not included in the listed rent Transport: The nearest S17 stop is only about a three-minute walk from the apartment. From there, Dietikon railway station is just two stops away. The S17 runs every 15 minutes, and from Dietikon station there are frequent and fast connections to Zurich. Therefore, commuting to UZH, ETH or central Zurich is easy. Furniture: The room is officially unfurnished, but I’m Merve, the current tenant, and I’m moving out. I would like to sell my furniture and some other items to the next tenant. These include a bed frame, mattress, chair, chest of drawers, desk lamp, mirror and some smaller items. I originally spent around CHF 800 on everything and would sell the complete set for CHF 600. We are therefore preferably looking for someone who would be willing to take over the furniture. | We are looking for a female flatmate who is tidy, reliable and ideally also a student. The WG is quiet, and everyone is free to structure their day individually. At the same time, the flatmates also enjoy occasionally spending time together. Household tasks and shared costs are divided fairly, and respecting each other’s privacy is very important. Both flatmates speak English and German fluently. | Your future flatmates will be Evelyn (26) and Olwen (22), who are both students at UZH. Evelyn is studying for a Master’s degree in Biology, while Olwen is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and works at Flying Tiger. In their free time, they both enjoy reading and often watch shows together.
