The 3.5 room flat was completely renovated a few months ago. It has a new kitchen with an open living and dining area, a dishwasher, and, as a highlight, its own washing machine and dryer. There is also a cosy balcony, accessed from the kitchen, overlooking the quiet, green courtyard. A refundable security deposit of 3530.- is due upon signing the sublease agreement. | I’m looking for an easygoing flatmate who enjoys a friendly atmosphere at home. If you’re up for a chat now and then and know that the flat doesn’t clean itself, even better :) | I’m Stephanie, 25, currently finishing my teacher training in history while working in retail. Outside uni and work, I’m usually doing yoga, out on my bike or going for a swim in Lake Zurich. I love being outdoors, travelling and making the most of Zurich.
