Das Zimmer istRoom (Zweitwohnsitz) in a 5.5 Zimmer apartment 15 m² in a spacious 5.5-room apartment. | We are looking for a new flatmate for a room of approximately 15 m² in our spacious 5.5-room apartment. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and respectful, and we're looking for someone who is friendly, clean, considerate, and comfortable living in a shared home. We would particularly welcome someone who is not looking to use the room as their main, full-time residence. The room would be ideal for a commuter, someone who works or studies in another city part of the week, travels frequently for work, or is looking for a second residence (Zweitwohnsitz) in Zurich. As a result, we would prefer someone who is not staying in the apartment on a daily basis. The apartment is very well connected by public transport: Zurich HB: approx. 15 minutes Zurich Airport: approx. 11 minutes ETH Zentrum: approx. 20 minutes ETH Hönggerberg: approx. 30 minutes If you’re interested, feel free to send a short introduction about yourself, what you do, and what you’re looking for. | You would be sharing the apartment with three other people, although one of them is currently not living here.
