 I am looking for someone to take over my room in a bright, modern 4-room shared flat (99m²) in Zurich, Witikon, starting from October 1st. The room is 18m2, with 2 large windows, located at the 1st floor of a 2016-renovated building. The total apartment is 99m2, has two bathrooms, one kitchen and four rooms. Bathrooms: one has a bathtub, while the other has a shower plus washing machine and tumbler dryer (no scheduling needed!). The kitchen is well equipped with a small balcony, four stove burners, a dishwasher and is plenty of counter space and storage. The cost for the room is 840 CHF (including nebenkosten and Wifi). Transports: - Excellent connections: Multiple buses run to Klusplatz just minutes apart. - Bus 31 stops nearby and runs every 7 minutes on weekdays, taking you directly to Kunsthaus, Central, HB, and Langstrasse. Consider that, being uphill, summer days and nights are fresher (absolutely no need for fans!). You will share the apartment with 3 other flatmates in their mid-20s, all students at ETH. The vibe is friendly and organised (with scheduled cleanings), making this ideal for a student or young professional.
