Das Zimmer istThe room is 15 m2 plus two large built-in cupboards. It has a large east-facing window. Our flat is on the ground floor so it stays quite cool in summer. Our living room is bright with east and south facing windows and we have a wonderful south-facing balcony. The rent is CHF 812.5 and you can expect up to CHF 50 per month extra for energy, Serafe and household supplies. We are looking for the person who can take over the furnitures(ceiling light fitting, curtains, book shelf and open cupboard) in the room for CHF 300. | We have lived together for a couple of years and have become close friends, so our WG is a place where we like being at home together. We'd love a flatmate who feels the same way and enjoys a bit of shared everyday life, like a chat in the kitchen or cooking together now and then. Of course, we also have phases where we need more alone time, and respect everyone's need for some chill alone time. We value a warm and friendly atmosphere, where can know a bit about what is going on in each other's lives, have fun together, and communicate openly. We keep the shared spaces clean and tidy and look after the flat together, so we're hoping for someone considerate and reliable in that. To keep us in check we have a cleaning plan (and ofc Robin our robot cleaner who is our unofficial pet) If you have a cat, that is big plus point! We both love cats, and the flat has access to a terrace and quiet surroundings for walking a cat outside. | Javi (he/him) is 28, from Spain and is a biomedical engineer. He is passionate about the environment so is part of the food sharing association, and likes to hike in the mountains. He also enjoys spending time with friends, and is also a part of a choir! Eunbee (she/her) is 30 and she is from Korea. She's an opera singer and studies Vocal Pedagogy at ZHdK (adding to the musical vibe of the flat haha). She loves being creative and spends her free time knitting cute cardigans, doing her at home nail salon and pottery. She also loves to hang with her besties and bop about the city hitting flea markets and brocki's on Saturdays.
