Das Zimmer istA 35 m² furnished studio on the 3rd floor. The double bed is set apart from the living area by a large IKEA Kallax shelf (5x5), which gives you a separate sleeping nook and plenty of storage space. The living area has a sofa, a table with two chairs, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and an extra kitchen cabinet for storage. At the entrance there's a coat hanger and a shoe rack. The apartment also has its own attic storage space under the roof, accessible via pull-down stairs from the ceiling. There's a shared laundry room in the basement with two washing machines and one dryer. The apartment is only 1.5 years old including all the furniture. | The studio is suitable for 1 person. I'm looking for a tidy, reliable tenant who will treat the place like their own.
