Das Zimmer istUnfurnished room, approx. 15–16 m², in a relaxed shared apartment (WG) at Heinrichstrasse 262, 8005 Zürich (Kreis 5), available from 1 October 2026. The apartment is spread over two floors, in a very central and well-connected part of Zurich. Rent: CHF 1,037/month, rental period unlimited / open-ended. | Someone similarly easygoing, independent, considerate, and uncomplicated ideally with a lifestyle and age range that fits reasonably well with the rest of the WG. Feel free to send us a few lines about yourself: who you are, what you do, and what you are looking for in a shared apartment. | Three flatmates, roughly mid-30s, from different backgrounds: Saverio (Italian, works in office management), Olaf (Italian, works as a cook), and Mark (Hungarian-Bulgarian, works as a data scientist). We are a very relaxed and easygoing WG we sometimes cook or spend time together, but everyone also has their own life, schedule, and privacy. It is not purely a functional flatshare, but there is no expectation that everyone has to spend every evening together. Proximité transports : Zentral gelegen und sehr gut angebunden (Tram/Bus), nahe Hauptbahnhof und Escher-Wyss-Platz. It is in Kreis 5, one of Zurich’s liveliest and coolest neighborhoods, with plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife nearby.
