Das Zimmer istDas ca. 16 m² grosse Zimmer bekommt viel Sonnenlicht und verfügt über ein Doppelfenster mit schöner Aussicht ins Grüne. Da das Fenster von der Bahnlinie abgewandt ist, ist das Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Bei Interesse besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, einen Teil der vorhandenen Möbel zu übernehmen. Es gibt einen Balkon, ein Kellerabteil und eine Velogarage. Die Wohnung ist im Grünen und in 5 Minuten ist man im Wald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man in 3 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichen und das Freibad Urdorf ist praktisch neben dem Haus. ------------------------------------------------------------ The bright room is approximately 16 m² and has a double window overlooking a green and peaceful setting. As the window faces away from the railway line, the room is pleasantly quiet. If interested, there is also the option to take over some of the existing furniture. There is also a balcony and a bicycle garage. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and you can be in the forest in five minutes. Shopping facilities can be reached in three minutes by bus, and the Urdorf outdoor pool is practically right next to the building. | eine Person, die sich über einen Platz in einer entspannten 4-Personen WG freut und einen Ort zum angenehmen Wohnen und Zusammenleben sucht. Auch mal bei einem WG Dinner dabei ist und irgendwo zwischen 20 und 35 Jahre alt ist. Kein JUWO Tauglichkeit oder Ähnliches nötig. Sie kocht gerne, wandert und liebt es in der WG Umgebung zu Joggen. Lara (23) kommt aus Liechtenstein und studiert Biomedizin an der UZH. Neben Sport reist sie gerne in der Weltgeschichte herum und liest Fantasy. Willem (24) ist Deutsch-amerikaner und macht am liebsten Wanderungen in den Bergen und spielt Brettspiele. Auch er studiert Bio an der ETH. Till (28) geht nach London um Filmset-design im Master zu studieren und sucht darum schweren Herzens nach einem/einer NachmieterIn. -------------------------------------------------------- Magda (23) is originally from Poland and studies Biology and Neurology at ETH Zurich. She enjoys cooking, hiking, and going for runs around the neighbourhood of the flat. Lara (23) comes from Liechtenstein and studies Biomedical Sciences at the University of Zurich (UZH). Besides staying active, she loves travelling around the world and reading fantasy novels. Willem (24) is German-American and loves hiking in the swiss mountains and playing board games. He is also studying Biology at ETH Zurich. Till (28) is moving to London to pursue a Master’s degree in Film Set Design. He is therefore looking for someone to take over his room, Proximité transports : Bahnhof Urdorf Weihermatt ist 2 Min entfernt, von da ist man am Zürich HB in 10 Min und Central in 15 Min. -------------------------- Urdorf Weihermatt station is 2 min by foot, from there you travel to Zurich HB in 10 min and Central in 15 min.
