You will also have access to a basement storage unit and a separate utility closet. The rent is all-inclusive, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony. | A reliable, temporary flatmate (25+ years old, ideally female) to join our beautiful, modern 4th-floor flat share. We are perfectly situated in the new development area right by Hardbrücke station, meaning incredible transport connections and vibrant city life are right at your doorstep. Plus, you will get to enjoy our 20 m² balcony, offering stunning sunset and Alpine views! | Carolina (IT Developer) and Tim (IT Consultant).
