Das Zimmer istSpacious and bright apartment with a large living room, two bathrooms, and a cozy balcony. The available room is approx. 13 m² and comes with a wardrobe and a desk with a 50 CHF take-over fee. The room is otherwise unfurnished. There might be an option to move in from the 19th of October. | A friendly and reliable new roommate who enjoys shared living and contributes to a good atmosphere at home. This is a real WG, not just an apartment with separate rooms, so mutual respect and social interaction are important to us. Also, a pro-Ukrainian stance is of importance. Interested? We enjoy a range of activities, from hiking to cooking to the occasional night out. We each have our own routines but enjoy spending relaxed evenings together when time allows. Proximité transports : - 20 minutes by bus to ETH Hönggerberg - 50 minutes by tram and bus to Zhdk - 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop - 15 minutes on foot to a large Migros and Zürich-Affoltern train station (5 minutes by bus) - Near a beautiful forest for walks and runs
