Perfectly located with a 5min walk to public transports, Lidl, Coop, bars and restaurants. The room is facing a 50 zone street and train tracks. | We're preferably looking for a FINTA person who's juwo eligible. Someone who is fun and comfortable to be around but also tidy and reliable and wants to stay for longterm. Our goal is to create a home that feels relaxed and welcoming, rather than simply sharing an apartment but we all respect our private space. | Lele studies BA fine arts at ZHdK and Ilaria studies MA transdisciplinary studies in the arts. Both are from Ticino and speak Italian and English. Lele spends most of her time at the studio creating magic and if they're in the kitchen they're probably drinking mate and cooking legendary tacos. They also like old italian movies and funny shaped objects. Ilaria will also be new in the flat! We're inviting people on the 13th September for zoom calls and will only read applications with the word strawberry in the end so that we know you've read all information.
