At 12 m², it provides everything you need to feel comfortable and work from home: a desk, a comfortable 140 cm wide bed, a bedside table, and a practical clothes rail. A special highlight is the private bathroom with a shower, which is exclusively for your use. The kitchen and cosy living area are shared. The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a good book, or simply unwind while leaving the hustle and bustle of the city centre behind. An ideal place for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-oriented home while still being well connected to the city. | We are looking for a friendly, easy-going and considerate person who enjoys a relaxed and harmonious home environment. It would be lovely if you enjoy sharing a meal with us from time to time and are happy to contribute to the household. We also have an older female dog, who is a much-loved part of our family, so being dog-friendly is important to us. We value a respectful and uncomplicated atmosphere, while also appreciating our privacy and quiet time. Ideally, you are someone who enjoys both good company and simply relaxing in a peaceful home. Manu works as a mycologist, while Angelina works in HR and is also a complementary therapist. We love travelling and usually spend some time exploring Europe during the winter months. During these periods, you will occasionally have the apartment all to yourself, giving you plenty of space and privacy. We are passionate about plants, so it would be wonderful if you could give them a little water while we are away. In our free time, we enjoy spending time in nature, watching an interesting documentary, or cooking something delicious together. We appreciate a good balance between shared moments and having space to ourselves, and we are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a calm, friendly and uncomplicated home.
