Das Zimmer istRoom for Rent in 3-Room Apartment (18 m², South-East Facing) A bright 18 m² south-east facing room in our 3-room apartment is available. The room has a parquet floor and a built-in closet. It is rented unfurnished, but basic furniture (bed with mattress, desk/chair) can be provided if needed. The apartment features a kitchen with gas stove/oven and a new refrigerator (currently no dishwasher). There is no living room, but the kitchen is comfortably large. The building is a charming older style house in a quiet residential area, with a cozy garden at the back and plenty of greenery around. Cellar compartment included. Washing machine and dryer in the basement (no schedule required) More photos available upon request.
Security deposit: 2 months’ rent | We are looking for open-minded person (female) who values open communication, is trustworthy, considerate, and reasonably tidy and clean and wants to stay for at least around 1 year. You are appreciating a rather quiet home and don’t have visits very often. We are looking forward to hearing from you! :) | We are Mila (26), a Master’s student in Landscape Architecture at ETH with Swiss(F)and Chinese roots, interested in Arts, Culture , Illustration, Philosophy,... Marco (38, CH/D), a cultural scientist currently in further training in psychology (therapeutic). He won't be around often (1-2 nights/week). We have our own schedule but gladly meet in the kitchen for a chat or a shared meal. We enjoy keeping a calm and cozy home atmosphere. This is not a party flat, and smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
