Das Zimmer istTL;DR: Our brief presentation is written in English; as we speak German too, feel free to respond in German. We are searching for a person in a city-centre WG of 3. The rent incl. all costs (heating, WLAN, electricity) is around CHF 1000 for the room of 16 m2. The flat has ca. 100 m2 total excl. the two balconies. On the flat: In general, we are talking about one amazing flat with numerous fancy features. The flat is located in a modern building close to Limmatplatz, the city centre, and the Lettenfreibad (all reachable within 5 min on foot), and you won’t need more than 2 min to get to the next tram station that serves you with three lines! Equipped with two modern bathrooms (one with a shower cabin and one with a bathtub), a big kitchen (with a toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, mixer, microwave, a dish washer (!), and a washing machine (!!)), a very spacious living area (with TV), and a 10 m2 balcony (with a gas grill). If you are still not happy, the flat is located in the top floor so that no one is trampling on your head (underestimated feature in our opinion), and only one adjacent apartment inhabiting a really friendly couple that serves great coffee. And sure, this house is equipped with an elevator and a modern parking garage where you could rent parking lots for cars and motorcycles (The parking garage is safe! Why would people park their $$$ cars there otherwise ;-) ). – Our landlord is a respectful person understanding give-and-take who has made living pleasant for everyone here over the last several years. – Drawbacks: none that we could think of. | On co-living: You see, the flat is amazing, and we want the co-living to be this way too! We are searching for a person that understands give-and-take, that is open to do things together but not trying to force anything (the motto should be: feel free to join). Preferably, we are searching for young professionals or PhD students as this is our current stage of life. Maturity can come from many experiences; we are well aware of this fact, thus, you should apply if the above few words describe you. We believe you know this best yourself. :-) Some other key points: We are non-smokers We use the door handle to open and close doors We offer food to one another whenever we invite friends We never forget about our plants We enjoy regular sleep The house rules do not allow pets About you: With the queries below we want to get to know you better. There is no need to write an essay – some people like writing, although it’s become rare, so, again, according to our motto, feel free to respond they way **you** want to respond. We are interested in you! 1) How does your ideal Saturday look like? 2) What is your go-to drink when going out? 3) What is a place that you would want to be at right now? 4) What is your favorite animal? 5) What are the 3 non-negotiables for you in a shared-living? 6) How clean is it in your flat on average? (scale 1 (worst) – 10 (best) without comma digits) Please attach an image of yours. We are not interested in any cat-fishing… so the photo does not need to be super up to date or be shiny enough to be “presentable” on a resume. Ideally, you pick a photo you like. – As this platform does not allow ordinary attachments, please provide a link to some dropbox, drive, cloud storage, etc. Somehow this webpage deletes links from messages; our recommendation is to delete the “://” (colon slash slash) from the link, and we will add it on our side. Probably it’s best to send the link in original format and the one with the deleted: colon slash slash. Finally, of course, feel free to mention anything you deem as important. In the end, it’s your response. Warm regards | People that respect your feelings, please respect ours Proximité transports : Limmatplatz
