About this home

:) The room is 12.5m² big and shows to the green side. I am looking for a flatmate for a new, two-person shared flat in a 3.5-room apartment. The apartment, available on a fixed-term lease of 13 months, is located in an older building in a quiet, green neighborhood. It has a practical layout with separate bedrooms, a living room, and a balcony. Since someone is currently still living there, there are only two pictures but I am happy to tell you all about it. :) I am looking for a flatmate, preferably a FINTA person, with whom I get a long well. It is important to me that I can exchange with my flatmate and I would like if we sometimes cook and eat together. Since I’m moving in fresh as well, you could bring in furniture and household items for the shared rooms if have some—though there’s absolutely no obligation. About me: I’m 34 years old and work in the education sector. Generally, I’m an open-minded person interested in almost everything. I enjoy spending my free time with friends and exploring topics that interest me; right now, I’m occupied with ideas around degrowth and the common-good economy. I also like playing soccer and cycling. Politically, I lean left; I identify as queer and use she/they pronouns. If this sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to drop me a line telling me a little about yourself and what matters to you in a shared living situation! Proximité transports : GZ Bachwiesen
