Also I have a robot cleaner, to save my life from cleaning. Besides, apartment has ventilation, large triple-glazed windows and a loggia. I furnished a bit the living room but your room is still empty. You need to prepare some furniture by yourself. But the initial days you also can sleep in the sofa bed.
