Das Zimmer istI'm looking for a subtenant for my room in a shared apartment from January 1st, 2027 to June 30th, 2027, as I'm going abroad. The room is furnished and the monthly rent is 1238 chf (excluding electricity and furniture). The appartment has 2 bathrooms and we have our own washing machine as well as dryer in the flat. The apartment is very modern and the location is right at Bucheggplatz, so you are in the city very fast but also next to the Chäferberg to go running etc. You would share the flat with two female flat mates who both studied electrical engineering and now work. We try to eat dinner together from time to time, do sports together, but otherwise we also have our own plans and just spontaneously meet up in the kitchen for a chat etc. | a subtenant for my room in a shared apartment from January 1st, 2027 to June 30th, 2027 | you'd live with two electrical engineers, who both work. We have a very good atmosphere in the flat and also respect each other's privacy, but also like to do things together like having dinner together, going to sports or to a concert.
