Das Zimmer ist- the room is fully furnished with bed, mattress (120 cm x 200 cm), desk, chair, shelves, wardrobe, and a small balcony in front of the room. Amenties (electricity, water, wifi) are already included in the rent) - the flat has a large shared kitchen, living room, balcony and 3 bathrooms - the building has a bike room, party room that can be rented (on other side of building so not loud), music room, laundry and drying rooms, and an elevator - please note PhD students need to pay a CHF 100 surcharge each month (so rent is CHF 703) | Someone who fulfills all WOKO regulations including being enrolled in a Swiss University and under the age of 30. We would like our new flatmate to stay for a longer period of time. Additionally, Woko does not allow moving between rooms at Freilagerstrasse, so please do not apply if you have lived here prior. | We're an international flat of 7 Master's students (UZH/ETH): Amber (leaving), Jakub (Polish), Maria (Polish), James (American), Theo (Swiss/French), Yusuf (Turkish) and Sebastian (German). The main language spoken in the flat is English. We're a social flat and like to do flat evenings of various events occasionally (movie nights, art nights, board games, dinners and mario kart). We would love someone who wants to join in on these activities and to show you have read the advert please start your email with an idea for your ideal flat social evening! We share a cleaning schedule and keep a respectful flat atmosphere. We would like to hear a bit about who you are: what your hobbies are, age, what you're studying, whether you have previous shared living experiences, where you come from etc. The flat interviews will be possible both online and in person (where you can see the room if wanted).
