Delete your Danaides account

This page explains how to delete the account you created in the Danaides app (iOS and Android) or on https://danaides.cloud. Danaides is operated by DANAIDES, Grand-Rue 45, 1110 Morges, Switzerland.

1. In the app

  1. Open Danaides and sign in
  2. Go to Profile, then Settings
  3. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm
  4. If the account was created with Apple, Google or email, confirm your identity when the app asks

Deletion removes the Firebase account, profile, listings, photos, applications and related messages.

2. On the web, without the app

Email contact@danaides.cloud from the account address, subject “Delete Danaides account”. Include the email of the account to erase. We handle the request within 30 days, and in practice sooner.

3. Data we keep

  • Deleted: profile, listings, photos, messages, applications, saved searches, notification token
  • Kept when the law requires it: accounting records for a promotion payment made on the website (up to 10 years, Swiss law)
