Terms of Use (TOU)

1. Publisher and purpose

• Purpose: matching seekers and advertisers for flatshares (profiles, listings, messaging, promotion options)

DANAIDES is not a real-estate agency, landlord, or party to lease contracts between users.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information; keep credentials confidential
• Minimum age 16 and legal capacity required
• We may refuse, suspend or delete accounts for breaches, fraud or security risks

3. Listings, messaging and conduct

• Advertisers warrant they have rights to publish the property and that information is accurate
• No harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal content, or security circumvention
• We may moderate or remove non-compliant content without compensation

4. No result guarantee

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee finding a flatshare or a tenant. Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence.

5. Paid promotion

• Optional listing promotion in CHF via Stripe
• Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, consumed promotion fees are non-refundable
• Prices shown before confirmation; VAT status as applicable under Swiss law

6. Intellectual property

The Platform remains owned by DANAIDES. You retain your content and grant us a licence to host and display it on the Service as needed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss mandatory law, liability is limited to direct proven damages arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Disputes between users and third-party content are excluded.

8. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Subject to mandatory forums, courts of the Canton of Vaud (Morges/Lausanne) have jurisdiction.
